Our company is expanding as a national brand and we are always looking for excited, talented folks to join our team! If you think your skills and attitude are a fit for any of the positions detailed below, please send your resume and cover letter to gwen@laurellandscapes.co

sales manager

Sales Managers are responsible for guiding homeowners through the dream, design and contract phase. In this role you will work with home owners to help them imagine how their space can be transformed, solidify a scope of work and sign a final contract. Sales Managers are also responsible for assisting in lead generation efforts, being a spokesperson for our brand, and collaborating with designers, contractors, and install managers to ensure a smooth transition in implementation.

install manager

Install Managers are responsible for facilitating the landscape installation process. This includes managing our subcontractor teams, keeping in constant communication with the client, and ensuring our design is implemented as intended. Problem solving abilities are key to success in this role. Install Managers are also responsible for ensuring company values are consistent in all work we do with regards to sourcing sustainable materials and incorporating regenerative practices through implementation.

project manager

Do you like to do it all? The project manager role is a hybrid between the sales and install manager roles. You will be responsible for working with our clients from start to finish on their landscaping project. This means that both sales and landscaping knowledge are necessities. There is nothing quite like seeing a project through start to finish.

city manager

City Managers are responsible for all operations in a given market, they will manage a team of install and sales managers as well as take responsibility for managing a handful of projects themselves. This role also necessitates building out operations in a new market including visibility, partnerships, subcontractor networks, and client acquisition.

designer

Designers are in charge of creating unique and bespoke designs for clients that not only add value to our clients lives and properties, but also contribute to our values of creating regenerative landscapes. They are responsible for analyzing site inventory, creating iterative concept design, and carrying designs through to a basic construction document. Designers assist with implementation of the design in the form of revisions, construction details, and on site consultations when needed.
